Why does my butt hurt when I sit down?
After sitting for only about 10 or 15 minutes my butt will start to ache and I have to shift. If I stand up immediately after its been hurting it hurts then too and then subsides after a few seconds. It’s like the area at the top of my um…sorry…crack, like maybe inside where my tailbone is. It’s also a little left of that area. I’m pretty sure I don’t have hemorrhoids because it doesn’t hurt when I go to the bathroom or itch.

Are you over weight? You may need to go to the doctor.
By any chance are you in jail and have a bad grip?
I don’t know what it is, but from what you are describing it’s not haemorrhoids. Could your tailbone be broken? Have you fallen over or anything like that? What ever it is, it should be checked out.
