Why do I get hemorrhoids so often?
I don’t understand… I drink lots of water, eat only whole grains, eat tons of vegetables, I don’t force my stool… I don’t pick up heavy things… I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. What else causes hemorrhoids? I plan on seeing the doctor in the next month or two… but I don’t have insurance, so I have to wait 
Please, any help is greatly appreciated.

good question. i got internal hemorrhoids when i was in my late 50,s. i have a diet like yours. i still do. i exercise. at least the internal ones are simple to treat chemically if they get annoying. did you know that internal hemorrhoids can be injected without any pain at all? there are no pain receptors about three inches up the anus.
Additional causes of hemorrhoids:
-Prolonged sitting
-Chronic constipation
-Diarrhea
