   There are a few things you can do: 1) use Preparation H to treat the burning and itching. 2) Do not strain when you use the toilet to defecate. 3) Use natural stool softeners like prunes or prune juice to help the feces move through your bowel before it becomes hard enough to make bowel movements stressful or cause constipation. 4) Drink plenty of water 6 – 8 8oz cups a day. 5) Increase the fiber in your diet by eating whole grain cereals, breads, brown rice and green leafy vegetables. Also, increase your intake of vegetables in general. 6) Pay attention to your body. Many people have the ‘urge’ to go, but ignore it because they are busy. This ‘trains’ the body to ‘ignore’ the urges, thereby encouraging constipation. 7) Take a laxative every three days if you have not had a reasonable bowel movement.

   Call your Doctor. They can be removed Surgically. That is the Only Known Cure to me.
