Married ladies would you do this for your hubbie?
My husband came home one day with hemorrhoids(he is a body builder) and needed medical attention. He went to dr.and was prescribed some medication.There was no way of him being able to apply it, so I cared for him while he was in pain. I had to apply it directly you-know-where.lol He thought it was funny even though he was in pain.lol Anyways, we’ve told some of our closest friends and some laughed while others where grossed out. Is it wrong to care for the person you love? I mean, If It would’ve been me with the hemorrhoid,I’m sure he’d be there caring for my touchie.LOL.
My husband thought it was funny to tell. I only blushed.
Lol, no we we’ren’t swapping hemoroid stories.lol. It was just one of those crazy, funny, stories married couples talk about.

if my hubby couldn’t do it and was sick and needed me to do it i’d do it.
One time my husband needed to have medical procedure that required him to take a suppository the night before. I had to shove that thing way up there and I did things to distract him while it was working.
Those things aren’t a big deal to me. Yes, it’s not the prettiest thing to do, but that is one of the beautiful things about sharing your life with another person, having someone to help you out when you really need it like that. It’s fun to laugh about it later too.
People that laugh about it and say I’d never do that…chances are they aren’t in the tightest of relationships. That is just what you do for each other when you love someone.

No it’s not wrong to do that for your spouse. Not at all. I just don’t understand why you would feel the need to share it with your friends. … Any of them. Too much information. Were you guys just sitting around swapping hemorrhoid stories one day?

I would have done it. Doesn’t bother me. I would have worn gloves though.

Yes I would do it in a heartbeat. And I have done something similar before for him. After all thats what we are there for, for better or for worse. Now if it were me I dont know if he would do it. He has a very weak stomach

It is not wrong at all. My ex husband cared for my open c-section wound for a month while it healed. It had opened back up after being stapled only 3 days after birth. He had to clean it, pack it, then rip out the drying packing tearing out the dead skin causing it to bleed, then start the whole process over again. He did this staight for a month until it healed and closed up. Talk about gross! When you care for someone theres nothing you wouldnt do for there health. Good for you for not turning your head and just diving right in!!
I would have done whatever it took to help my husband out. You did the right thing.
That is your husband and like you said he would have done it for you.
To me there is NOTHING gross about tending to the needs of our loved ones, however awkwardly the situation may present itself.
If he needed me to do it, I would, as I hope he would do it for me.
You are a great wife and let them laugh so when it’s there turn you can turn the laugh… If they are even lucky enough to get there wife to do it for them RIGHT Girl! LOL Too cute…LOL
I’ve had the same problem and my wife has taken care of me. It so happens though that she’s an RN and mine was far from the first she’s seen and worked on. She did assure me she always wears gloves. That really didn’t make it feel any better though.
Next time apply some Vic’s salve , see if he laughs about that !
I would have called the doc and asked if they had spray instead of cream. LOL My sister, after giving birth, got hemorrhoids and she came to me naked (She was like 26 and I was 17) and said put this on my hemorrhoids and bent over in front of me and spread em. OMG. Can we say ew? I said you better take this cream in there to your MAMA. I don’t love your ass (no pun intended) THAT much. LOL
Sure, I would do it for my hubby and it’s great that yall have the kind of relationship where you would do anything for each other, even if it means tolerating slightly embarassing tasks, lol. Gotta do whatever it takes to help the one you love get better!
Yes i would of done it. my husband broke fingers and both hands and had both hands in cast. i done everythign for him yes even whiped his butt. ur are his wife. you are devoted to him.
