Hey guys, can you help me? Any effective hemorrhoidal creme?
I am very much worried because I had an internal hemorrhoids, I haven’t consulted to the doctor yet. It is itching at night when I sleep, and I can’t really sleep. However, it isn’t painful.

Some good hemorrhoid creams on the market would be Anusol, Zenmed Zero and Preparation H.
You can also apply zinc oxide based creams – they will help with the relief of pain and discomfort.

Try dabbing some Hydrogen Peroxide on it. That should kill the bacteria causing the itching.

Apply it on the outside of your backdoor 3 times a day, try to get it up there as much as possible! Good luck
