Hemorrhoids could cause blood in the stool (but, could be other more serious problems)… it would not cause stomach pain (unless you have constipation as part of the problem of hemorrhoids).
Anytime…there is blood in the stool… you should see a doctor. It is not safe to second guess all the risks. There is also a risk of getting bacteria in the blood stream that could lead to a very dangerous situation. Hemorrhoids are common… but, there are lots of different reason for them that have to be considered to be on the safe side. There are many ways to manage them if that is really where the bleeding is coming from. Get some professional help!

I don’t think they cause stomach pain. But do cause blood in the stool. If you have stomach pain and blood in your stool. do yourself a favor and get your family doctor to refer you to a gastroenterologist.You have something that is more urgent than hemorrhoids
stomach pain doesn’t usually happen but blood in your stool is normal you might have something else
if it is hemorrhoids just take care of them with some simple herbs. the creams and wipes are useless
