Do hemorrhoid go away on their own?
I’ve never had a hemorrhoid, but the other day i guess i strained too hard and got one. It’s not so painful that i feel like i need to go to the doctor. It’s mainly just annoying. Will it take care of itself?

In my experience, they never fully go away on their own. Try Preparation H, my friend. It’s a God-send.
You answered it yourself.
Temporary cause like straining may precipitate the condition that will not be there once cause is removed.
Same way it happens during pregnancy.
Of course it appears in persons who have a tendency for it, but it needs the precipitating cause like constipation.
