i love to eat nut but i am afraid i am eating too much
i know nuts have fat, i am not concerned about weight
but how many nuts will it take to get constipated? diarrhea? and most of all hemorrhoids?
and do nuts cause skin problems?
basically i am asking…. how much is too many nuts? what are the causes of too many nuts?

And do they give you tummy upset and how long do they last?

Is it normal for a 21 year old to have hemorrhoids? I have had a hemorrhoid before with no pain, it went away within a couple days using preparation H. This time, it has been 6 days. Preparation H hasn’t helped, it is causing great pain, hurts to walk, sit, even move. also, its starting to bleed!!! Is this normal? My mom said older people usually get hemorrhoids, around the age of 50!

I don’t usually strain when going to the toilet. I don’t think that could have been what has caused this, I don’t recall straining in the recent past……
Aso, I’ve read on the internet and on the preparation H tube, that if the condition worsens or does not improve quit using the medication and see the dr.
and obviously I am going to the dr, today actually. and If I cant get into the dr. I’m going to the hospital. Just wanted to know if anyone else had been in a similiar situation.

My hemorrhoid problem dates back to my school days. It started after we had camping. Each time I got constipated, I felt pain in my anus. I am afraid that my hemorrhoid problem will come back. My friends said once I have it, it will always be there.

Ive had a hemorrhoid for about a year, since i gave birth to my son last may…. that usually isnt bothersome, sometimes painful and sometimes itchy im just sick of it not going away, its not the most attractive thing to have, esp when your intimate with your hubby ive tried everything. My 14 year old child is having rectal bleeding only during her periods and I think she is getting a hemorrhoid because she has been feeling pain. What should I do? What is it thats causing it?
She sometimes gets random dizziness and rarely, her ovary hurts, but its always usually when her period is near. Can she be having Endometriosis?

But I eat a lot of Chinese food (not fast food).

How do I get more fiber in my food? Where is fiber found?

I am a 28 yr old female who has never had any serious medical problems. I was in the hospital in July for a kidney infection but nothing since then. Should I be alarmed right away…? I do have two children which whom are 7 & 4, could it be hemorrhoids for natural birth? I haven’t ever had this occur until now. Last week I did catch what I think was a stomach virus and vomited for about 12 hrs then it went away I was fine. Yesterday I started my ministration cycle, could this be a cause of the blood in my stool? When should I contact a DR.?
I am sure that the blood is coming from the rectum, it wasn’t just on the toilet paper it was very prevalent in the stool as well. I have no external signs of hemorrhoids and never have.

I had on and off constipation for three weeks this past month, and while the constipation now appears to be gone, I have this feeling that I have to defecate all the time now! It’s not PAINFUL – just super uncomfortable. I feel like I really, really have to go. I’m thinking this could be caused by a hemorrhoid, since I didn’t realize straining could cause one, and I was constipated/straining to go for weeks. It does kind of feel like there’s something inside the rectum. I’m not feeling the urge from, like, my stomach or bowels – it’s from the rectum.

When I applied some A&D ointment the other day I didn’t feel anything, though. Internal hemorrhoid, maybe? I did feel sore and itchy yesterday, with a bit of burning.

In any case, what should I do? I feel like I’m going mad! This sensation is awful. I’ve been taking some hot oatmeal baths, and of course eating more fiber (Benefiber and fruits and veggies, mostly). Would prep. H do anything? : (

If it does no actual harm, other than causing you pain, I would still want to eat it.

In fact the pain that it causes is good in a way, because it helps you to gauge the extent of the problem.

What can I do?

I have had a hemorrhoid on and off for a month or so now. I have been taking metamucil fiber supplements and have been eating better with exercise. It all helps alot, but every weekend when I drink alot of beer, the next morning I have massive diarrhea that causes this. It also seems that any time I have diarrhea I get a hemorrhoid? Why does it only happen then?

If someone has hemorrhoid, internal or external, can it affect the shape of your feces? Making it not cylindrical?

Or it’s caused by other digestive diseases?

i’m 14 yrs old n i’m pregnant. dont judge me cause im grown up enough 2 raise a child i already lived my life n im ready 2 settle down n raise a famly. my mom said it was ok 2. anyways i was hurting realy bad down there about a week ago n i went 2 the doctors n he said i had hemorrhoids then he said it was caused by my baby. is there ne creams or somthin i can buy to make em go away? i tried this one medication dat my doctor recommended but it didnt work it just made me rly sick. n is there ne home remedies i could try?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and I have had hemorrhoids since week 27. They aren’t as bad as I have read about for some people on the internet but they are inconvenient and uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced them for this long (not the people who are so unfortunate as to have to have them cut out, cause mine are not near that bad)? Also, are they likely to go away after the baby is born or is this going to be a problem for me forever?

I have suffered from internal hemorrhoids for about 3 months and want to know if genital, penis pain can be caused by hemorrhoids. I have had a colonoscopy a cystoscopy and both were normal and I my doctor even tested for STDs and urinary tract infections to be on the safe side which all were normal. I’m at a loss as to why I have anal pain from hemorrhoids and lower pelvic and penis pain. Can anyone tell me if hemorrhoids can cause genital and penis pain?

Ok, please no jokes. I have a problem with hemorrhoids which has been ongoing for years. The problem has gotten worse than ever and the pain is unbearable. One of the vessels is swollen and beet red and causing lots of pain. I have tried creams, tucks pads and even soaking in epsom salts baths for hours with no releif. I have been to doctors and they are no help. How do I get the pain to stop so I can at least sleep? Please help.
